About us

Hekmat Razavi Institute of Higher Education in Mashhad, Iran  was established in 2004 with  favor of Allah and  Imam Reza, under the law of establishment of non-profit non-governmental higher education institutions accredited by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The founding board members of the Institute are a group of university professors in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

The admission of students in this institute , as per rules of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, is done through National entrance exam held by The organization of Education Testing

From the registration up to the graduation, all students are subject to the regulations approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in terms of education, studentship, disciplinary, tuition payment and etc. The institution accepts students in  undergraduate and graduate degrees through the National Entrance Exam.
